Frank Wiggins, Division Manager

With a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology from the University of Arizona; Frank has extensive experience in structural concrete—from the field; to being a carpenter/finisher; Foreman; to Superintendent. Frank’s 20+ year career mainly focuses on design-build concrete arch culverts, conventional bridges, RCBC and concrete retaining walls. He has been with Olson Concrete Structures since February of 2016. He loves his family, fishing, traveling and anything outdoors and arches!

At Olson Concrete Structures, he is responsible for preliminary arch design, constructability of design, estimates and proposals. Frank will continue to facilitate final designs with Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Artists, Owners and the approval agency to provide a final design-build structure that meets or surpasses each clients’ expectations.

Debbie Brown, Office Manager

Debbie started at Olson Concrete Structures six years ago in January of 2015. She is a wife, mom, grandma to the cutest one year old ever, and dog mom to a very sweet husky.
